From Doodles to Pixels. Over One Hundred Years of Spanish Animation

The selection, made by curator Carolina López, includes films by artistes such as Segundo de Chomón, Josep Escobar, Francisco Macián, José Luis Moro, Jordi Amorós, Tomàs Bases, Raúl García,Juan Pablo Etcheverry, Isabel Herguera, Javier Mariscal, Anna Solanas, Marc Riba, Alberto Vázquez, Pedro Rivero, Izibene Oñederra, Nicolai Troshinsky and Rocío Álvarez, plus many more.

Thanks to this programme, works have been restored and digitised that were previously “invisible” because of their condition or difficulty of accessing them, using the best possible materials in each case.
