Tropical rainforests

Through different expert voices, and also through film, this cycle talks about the situation of the Amazon, Congo and West Papua rainforests, the world's three largest tropical forests, as essential to life on Earth as they are vulnerable.

The programme features a panel discussion on 24 april with journalist Jean Wyllys, Raki Ap, spokesperson for the Free West Papua Campaign and the Green State Vision, and Survival International member Shailini Vora, and a screening of the documentary isar suavemente na terra (2022, 73 min, Marcos Colon).
