Africa in Festivities: Nights of Live Music and Animated Film
On Friday nights from 12 August the exhibition Making Africa will remain open until 22.00 and in the Pati de les Dones we will be offering live music and a selection of the best of African animated film.
In addition to extending the exhibition’s closing time to 22.00 (with free entry from 20.00), the CCCB and Radio Africa Magazine are offering concerts by Nakany Kanté, Anita Zengeza and Mû Mbana; Barcelona-based African artists whose musical proposals are a fusion of African roots, pop, classical music and jazz.
