L'inici del demà

The Mancomunitat of Catalonia, or Commonwealth of Catalan-Speaking Regions, was founded on 6th April 1914 with Enric Prat de la Riba as its president. It was a political project that brought together the four Catalan provincial councils.

Although it didn’t have any other resources than those provided by the provincial councils, the Mancomunitat achieved a great deal and was able to transform the country. For a decade it worked energetically to create solid tools of connectivity and growth in Catalonia.
