Xavier Boneta

Head of the Observatori Territorial de la Diputació de Barcelona (Territorial Observatory of the Barcelona County Council). He graduated on Political Science and holds a Master degree on Public Law. He has been engaged in different kinds of work at the Diputació, first in the Cooperation Section and presently in the Department of Studies and Forecasts where, in recent years, he has coordinated numerous research projects, seminars and publications related with territorial policy and local government.
