Vicente Palomera Laforga

With a doctorate from the Department of Psychanalysis of the University of Paris VIII, Vicente Palomera is a psychoanalyst and clinical psychologist from the University of Barcelona. He has taught at the Clinical Section of Barcelona since its foundation. He is a member of the Lacan School of Psychoanalysis (LSP) and the World Association of Psychoanalysis (WAP). He has been president of the Federation of European Schools of Psychoanalysis during the period 2007-2010.

His publications include La personalidad (Montesinos, 1985), Posición del analista (Tres Haches, 2004), Amor, cuerpo, locura (CIEC, 2005), Las psicosis ordinarias (EUG, 2011) and De la personalidad al nudo del síntoma (Gredos, 2012). He currently directs the collection of the Lacan School of Psychoanalysis at Editorial Gredos.
