Shreyashee Nag

Choreographer and founder of the dance company and school Napura, she took part in the production We Women (2016) as a dancer and singer alongside the Sol Picó company, and with Argentinian choreographer Gaston Core in his piece Above (2022, Cádiz en Danza festival). Her work, focusing on gender stereotypes and forms of social discrimination, won a prize for excellence in dance at the Blackboard Women Leadership Awards 2018. Her pieces include Chitrangada, about gender neutrality, and Mera Desh: la nostra terra, about the diversity of cultures.
