Peter Kuper

Writer and strip cartoonist. He is the co-founder of the art and politics magazine World War 3 Illustrated and his work appears regularly in Time magazine, in MAD (where he has written and sketched “Spy vs Spy” since 1997) and in The New York Times, among others. Translated into over five languages, he has received recognition for his adaptations of works by Franz Kafka, prominently including Metamorphosis. Among his most recent books are Diario de Oaxaca (2009), Drawn to New York (2013), The System (2014) and Ruins (2015); as well as the illustration of the classics by Lewis Carroll, Alicia en el País de las Maravillas (2010) and A través del espejo y lo que Alicia encontró allí (2011).
