Pau Figueres

Coming at the same time from classical, flamenco and modern guitar traditions, his compositions and his mastery of all musical languages reflect a unique approach. He blends the music of our century with the traditional art of sonanta, and experiments with the use of the synthesizer. He has accompanied some of Spain's most renowned artists, such as Alejandro Sanz, Judit Neddermann and C. Tangana. He has also performed and recorded in several countries. Throughout his professional career, he has received several awards and recognitions. He has two published albums, Nada Nuevo Bajo el Sol (2018) and Pau Figueres (2015), with which he won the Enderrock Critics' Prize for Best Folk and New Music Album of 2016.
