Oscar Pérez has made numerous documentaries that have been shown and received prizes at prestigious international festivals. El sastre (The tailor) has won the prize for the best documentary short at IDFA and the Audience Award at Silverdocs (Washington), among others. Hollywood Talkies premiered in competition at the Venice International Film Festival. El tram final (The final stretch) won the Best Director prize at the Malaga Festival.
