Óscar Guardiola-Rivera
Writer, philosopher and cultural
(Bogotá, 1969). A writer, philosopher and cultural critic, he teaches Political Philosophy, Latin American Studies and International Law at Birkbeck College, University of London. He has written several works of fiction and non-fiction. His most recent book, What If Latin America Ruled the World? How the South Will Take the North into the Twenty-second Century (2010) has just been awarded the Frantz Fanon Prize.
