Nyancho NwaNri

Nigerian independent photographic and documentary artist. Her work revolves around identity, African indigenous cultures, and environmental and social issues. She is also an educator and trainer, and has led workshops on film and photography in several African countries. Awarded the Reuters Yannis Behrakis grant in 2021, she was a finalist for the Art X Prize 2021. Her work has been exhibited locally and internationally and has been published in media such as The New York Times, The Guardian and Reuters, among others.
