Nêga Lucas

She is a singer, actor, performer, composer, journalist, poet, audiovisual producer and founding member of the collective Tinta Negra. She has three records under her belt, three self-published books and a career that spans two continents. Nêga’s musical and theatrical journeys have shaped her path since she started her career in Brazil until she arrived in Europe in 2007, discovering other countries and blending herself into the cultures with which she interacts. Nêga transforms her art into a hybrid creation that brings together body, words and sounds, stirring the imagination through her multiplicity.
