Moussa Bourekba

A researcher at CIDOB and Associate Professor in International Relations at the Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. He has mainly studied the processes of radicalisation and violent extremism in Europe and North Africa, and the role of Islam in western countries. He was Project Manager for SAHWA, a project analysing youth-related matters in the Arab countries of the Mediterranean, and has also coordinated research into the terrorist attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils in August 2017.
