Maria Rodó de Zárate

Maria Rodó-Zárate is a professor in the Department of Political and Social Sciences at Pompeu Fabra University. Her research topics focus on the study of social inequalities from an intersectional, spatial and emotional perspective, which she applies to issues such as gender violence, LGTBIphobia and the right to the city. She is the author of the book Interseccionalitat. Desigualtats, llocs i emocions (Tigre de Paper, 2021) and currently leads an ERC Starting grant project on discrimination and inequalities. She is also the author of the poetry book 41 setmanes (Pol·len, 2022).
