Mar Canet Solà

Degree in digital design and videogame engineering. Currently resides in Linz (Austria). Founder of the Derivart artists collective (since 2004), her projects focus on the intersection between art, technology and finances. Since 2008 she has been working as a creative engineer at the new interactive media lab Futurelab - Ars Electronica (Austria). Throughout 2009 she collaborated with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute (Linz, Austria) to create data visualisation tools for the Ars Electronica archive. She is co-founder of Lummo, which creates interactive projects transforming public spaces and interiors. As an artist of new media she has exhibited her work in Brazil, Slovenia, England, Germany, Austria, Indonesia, Colombia and the United States.
