Karisma Ekeh

Karisma Ekeh is an artist born in Lagos, Nigeria, and based in Düsseldorf, Germany. Since 2020, he has been studying at the Art Academy Düsseldorf in the classes of Dominique-Gonzalez-Foerster, Ellen Gallagher and Danica Dakic. His short film, "Negro Alter Ego: The Origin," was showcased at the Oberhausen International Short Film Festival in 2022. Karisma's work often spans collaborative and interdisciplinary boundaries, incorporating elements from film, fashion, curatorial practices, performance, and poetry.
