Josep Rodríguez

Josep Rodríguez is the Strategic Projects Head at the Tourism Department of Barcelona Provincial Council. Engineer, degree in Humanities and postgraduate degree in Tourism Destinations Management. More than 25 years of experience in the management of European and international projects, for the past nine years focused on the tourism sector. Coordinator of the Sustainable Tourism Community, a project funded by the European program Interreg Euro-MED bringing together several projects dealing with sustainability of the tourism in the Mediterranean in fields like innovation & new technologies, circular economy, climate change and biodiversity & natural resources protection.
