Architect. Author of Favela program at District of Rio de Janeiro, destined to urbanize favelas of the urban periphery of River. City planning architect by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is professional trajectory has been recognized with the prizes Veronica Rudge Green of the University of Harvard and the Great Prize of IV the Biennal the International of Architecture of São Paulo, among others.
