Jessica Sarah Rinland

Jessica Sarah Rinland is an Argentine-British filmmaker who has presented her work at film festivals all over the world, including Toronto, New York, London (BFI), Rotterdam, Oberhausen and Edinburgh, and at art galleries such as Bloomberg New Contemporaries and Somerset House. She has won awards including Special Mention at the Locarno Film Festival for her first feature, Those That, at a Distance, Resemble Another (2019), First Prize at the Biennial of Moving Image, Arts + Science at the Ann Arbor Film Festival, Prize for the Best Experimental Film awarded by the ICA at the LSFF and the MIT Schnitzer Prize for excellence in the arts. She was a Film Studies Centre Fellow at Harvard University and is currently an Associate Artist at Somerset House Studios.
