Deputy Mayor in charge of Mobility, Territorial Coordination and Security at the City Council of Girona and lecturer in Geography at the University of Girona, her research interests are concerned with gender geography, agriculture and rural development, territorial regulation and public space. In the professional sphere she has worked in the areas of environment, accessibility and mobility and has taken part in a number of European forums and projects, for example “European Cities and Towns Towards Sustainability”, “Eurotowns” network for towns and cities with populations between 50000 and 250000 and “Move Together”.
