Irene Navarro

An environmentalist, she specialises in sustainability, spatial planning, and participation. She has worked as an environmental consultant and, later, as a freelance designer of projects related with sustainability, landscape, and territory, applying tools of participation, assistance, and communication. In the Barcelona Metropolitan Strategic Plan (PEMB), she coordinates the technical office. She participated in designing the new strategic plan Barcelona Demà and is currently in charge of organising the missions of the (City of 5 Million) Metropolitan Commitment Plan 2030.
