Henri Dorion

Henri Dorion studied law, music and geography. His interest lies in borders, not just between states, but also between art and science. In museology he has found fertile ground for the practice of convergence and complementarity, particularly at international level. In the course of five years as director of research, collections and international relations at the Musée de la Civilisation, Quebec, he organized some 15 exhibitions related to the history and art of many countries. He is a great traveller and has visited most World Heritage cities. He is the author of over 300 publications on law, geography, toponymy, music and museology. He currently divides his activities as a lecturer and researcher between Quebec and Moscow.
