François Dumont

Director of Communications of Doctors without Borders (MSF) in Spain

Director of Communications of Doctors without Borders (MSF) in Spain, he has a degree in Communications and Journalism, and a diploma in International Relations and Conflict Management. After working in the areas of radio and press, he joined the Belgian team of Doctors without Borders in 2005. As head of Emergency Communications, he has worked in Peru, Ethiopia, Gaza, Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Libya, the Philippines, Liberia, Iraq, and in Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he lived for a year. From 2010 to 2015, he coordinated the operational communications and audiovisual team of MSF Belgium and, from 2015 to 2020, was Communication and Advocacy Director of MSF, Italy.
