Estelle Zhong Mengual

Art historian

Estelle Zhong Mengual is an art historian. She is a former student of the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon and holds a PhD from Sciences Po, Paris. She currently teaches the Masters in Arts and Politics created by Bruno Latour, at Sciences Po and is also the holder of a chair entitled" Inhabiting the Landscape - where art meets the living world" at l'Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Paris. She is the author of L'art en commun (Presses du Réel, 2019), and co-author of Esthétique de la rencontre. L'énigme de l'art contemporain (Seuil, 2018). Apprendre à voir. Le point de vue du vivant (Actes Sud, 2021) is her latest book.
