Enric González
Enric González started out in journalism at the age of sixteen years, working at La Hoja del Lunes, and later moving on to El Correo Catalán and El Periódico de Catalunya. The larger part of his professional career has been spent working for the newspaper El País, for which he has been correspondent in London, Paris, Washington, New York and Rome. As a reporter, he provided coverage of the first war of the Golf, the genocide of Rwanda and the nuclear tests in the atoll of Mururoa. He was also correspondent for the newspaper El País in Jerusalem until he left in October 2012.
Today, Enric González works as a columnist and habitual contributor to the newspaper El Mundo. He combines this work with his collaboration on the cultural magazine Jot Down and the magazine Alternativas Económicas.
