A guitarist, he has participated in numerous festivals like the San Sebastian Jazz Festival (1995 and 1997) and in Barcelona and Vitoria. He has played with different orchestras, for example the Generalitat (Provincial Government) of Valencia Orchestra and Chorus, and the Russian State Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Mtislav Rostropovich. In 2000, 2001 and 2007 he received the prize for the best guitarist at the festival of the Jazz Musicians' Association of Catalonia. Notable among his many discs are Nine Easy Pieces, recorded in New York with Chris Kase, Buenos Aires/Barcelona Connection with David Mengual and Dani Xirgu, and Dúo (Duo) with Jordi Bonell.
