Carol Muakuku

An actress and director of the theatre school Shakespeare & Friends, Carol Muakuku has a degree in Dramatic Art from the Barcelona Institute of Theatre and is a graduate in Acting from the Centre of Film Studies of Catalonia. She has appeared in numerous plays, working with directors including Rafael Duran, Ivette Vigatà, and Norbert Martínez with whom she was awarded the People’s Prize at the Ninth Barcelona Theatre Show when she appeared in the play Matem els Homes (2004). Carol Muakuku has also acted in TV series, among them Nit i Dia, Nius a la Dutxa, Com si fos ahir, and El Cor de la Ciutat, as well as playing the part of Ana in the feature film En la carretera (2005), directed by Amadeu Artasona.
