Carlos Canillas

Carlos Canillas holds a degree in Design and Audiovisual Communication from the National University of La Plata. In 1997 he created his own brand Vorticedesign and took part in the publishing project El Satélite as designer and photographer. In 2000 he participated in the creation of the design studio A&C soluciones visuales.

In 2003 he moved to Barcelona, where he currently resides. He is co-founder of the art and design studio Vesartesiempre. In 2007 he created his personal art and design studio project, antídoto28, a creative space that he uses as a platform for developing his creative interests, combining design, fashion and graphic arts with manual production, as well as organising audiovisual events and other activities.

Seduced by electronic music, he began mixing, making his way into emerging styles arising from the global expansion of information and culture. At the end of 2009 he formed the audiovisual collective Folclore, in which he currently participates.
