Asim Hafeez

Independent, self-taught photojournalist and Pakistani documentary photographer. He seeks to capture the unadulterated image of the world as seen through the camera. His projects explore international politics, humanitarian conflicts, socio-political and environmental issues. He has participated in the group exhibition "Where Three Dreams Cross: 150 Years of Photography from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh" at the Whitechapel Gallery in London in 2010, and worked for international newspapers and magazines such as The New York Times and Forbes Magazine, and NGOs such as WWF, Oxfam and ActionAid.
