Antoni Muntadas
Artist and professor in the School of Architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in the Istituto Universitario di Architettura di Venezia. Through his work he addresses social, political and communication issues such as the relationship between public and private space, and investigates media and the way they may be used to censor or promulgate ideas. His work has been exhibited in numerous museums, including MoMA (New York), Berkeley Art Museum, Musée Contemporain de Montreal and Museo Nacional Reina Sofía (Madrid). He has also presented works in international events like the Documenta Kassel, the Whitney Biennial of American Art and the Venice Biennial.
