Adrienne Lemon
Director of Institutional Learning at Search for Common Ground NGO
A sociologist by training, Adrienne is Director of Institutional Learning at Search for Common Ground NGO. Her doctoral research focuses on post-conflict reconstruction and the role of education and influential social networks shaping young people’s political participation, particularly in Burundi. She’s worked in education programming for at-risk youth, she has led research and developed methodologies to support advocacy for conflict sensitivity and Do No Harm strategies. She works in teams specialized on Peacebuilding, analyzing the lessons learned in different conflicts, and also the institutional and legal changes needed to strengthen social cohesion.
