Abdulrahman Al Salmi

(Bidiya, Oman, 1970). Editor-in-chief of the review Al Tasamoh (Tolerance), which discusses present-day religious and political issues and is published by the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman, he teaches Islamic Studies at the Institute of Shariah Sciences in Muscat and organises the international conferences on Islamic Jurisprudence which are held each year in Oman.
