Prize award presentation ceremony of the 2nd Cultural Innovation International Prize 2016-2017
Awards ceremony of the 2nd Cultural Innovation International Prize 2016-2017, for which the theme is climate change. The winning project in the jury’s unanimous decision is The Newton Machine by James Auger and Julian Hanna (Madeira Interactive Technologies Institute, Portugal) and Laura Watts (IT University of Copenhagen, Denmark), in collaboration with Community Energy Scotland. The project L’oda al futur (Ode to the Future) received a special mention by the Jury. And the project Upcycling de Barri (Neighbourhood Upcycling) was distinguished with the audience prize.
