What is the Internal Communications Channel?

It is the preferred instrument for informing or alerting in a secure, confidential and, if so desired, anonymous way of possible serious or very serious regulatory violations and cases of fraud committed at the Consorci del Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona (CCCB).

Who can use this channel?

Anyone who has obtained information about possible irregular conduct in a work or professional context at the CCCB.

That is, people with current or terminated professional, employment or contractual ties with the CCCB, volunteers, workers in internships or training periods, people who participate in selection processes, people who provide assistance to informants or related to them and who may suffer reprisals, among others, in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Act 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of people who report on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

How does it work?

You can submit information anonymously. Whether it is presented anonymously or not, the CCCB guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, of the third parties mentioned and of the information communicated throughout the procedure. Likewise, the transfer to the competent authority of the conduct and the information obtained is guaranteed in the event that their analysis reveals the possible committing of a crime.

Except in the event of express renunciation, you will receive an answer as to acceptance or dismissal of the case within a maximum of 15 business days as of the date of entry of the information in the channel.

Once you submit the complaint, you will receive an alphanumeric access code, which will allow you to check the status of the case or provide more information about your communication.

The Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (OAC) carries out the functions attributed to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority in Catalonia, including sanctioning powers and enforcement of sanctioning resolutions.
