Based on an initiative by Julia Montilla, this meeting with the group Las Kellys will discuss job insecurity and draw up a map of the companies that exploit hotel housekeeping staff.
Las Kellys will pool resources to create a militant map that reflects the abuse and pressure they experience in their work. The aim is to highlight the relationships created by hotels and multiservice employment agencies and the government policies that support such lobbies, while showing the efforts made by hotel housekeeping staff to fight against these conditions.
