José Antonio Martínez Lapeña and Elías Torres

After forty-five years of professional partnership, the architects José Antonio Martínez Lapeña and Elías Torres have now brought together a wide-ranging selection of more than two hundred examples of their work in this book. Published by Editorial Lampreave in Spanish and English, the book has texts by Peter Buchanan, Lluís Clotet, Rafael Moneo, Josep Quetglas, José Ramon Sierra, Akira Suzuki, Billie Tsien and Miguel Usandizaga.

The venue of the launch is the CCCB Theatre, which was renovated by Martínez Lapeña and Torres in 2011. The two authors, their colleagues and friends will speak about the book and the architectural work done by their studio from 1968 to the present day.
