Twenty years after the massification of the internet, this platform is no longer conceived as an inclusion tool. Today it generates and amplifies new forms of power and control (surveillance, influence and manipulation, extortion, loss of self-control or cognitive overload). To respond to the challenges posed by the current technological landscape, it is necessary to respond in a transversal, inclusive and open manner to the question: how is society prepared to act in the face of the changing technological landscape?
