Helga Fanderl. Films 2000-2016
The CCCB's cinema
Audiovisuals
For this session, Helga Fanderl has selected four rolls of film blown up to 16 mm based on some of her Super 8 pieces with no sound, creating an ephemeral film that evokes correspondences and contrasts. The viewer is invited to experience an intense filmic microcosm, full of rhythms and rhymes, and a loss of the normal notion of time and space.
Unter dem Wasserfall (Under the Waterfall), Kanalbrücke (Canal Bridge), Nacht am Kanal (Night at a Canal), Schneefall (Snowfall), Weiße Blumen für P. (White Flowers for P.), Wildgänse (Wild Geese), Leopard, Laub (Leaves), Rost (Rust), Container (Containers), Gläser (Glasses), Gelbe Blätter (Yellow Leaves), Strom (Stream), Mona Lisa, Fontaine Médicis, Schleuse (Lock), Palais de Tokyo, Voliere (Aviary), Kopfüber (Upside Down), Passanten (Passers-by), Feuerwerk (Fireworks).
