Docupolis 2004

Docúpolis, the Barcelona International Documentary Festival, is held annually and comprises two lines of action:

1. An international competition
A space for the development of new languages, new producers and an ideal platform for debate and reflection on the documentary. This year, almost 640 documentaries from 50 countries worldwide have been entered.

2. Parallel activities
Documentary makers and professionals of the genre will take part in different debates and round tables, exchanging opinions, concerns and projects.

Sections open to the general public: Retrospectives, Seminars, Portrait of the expert, Docupolis Fringe Section, Medimed Section, Rescued Section and News Section.
