(Barcelona, 1966) Journalist at the newspaper La Vanguardia (1990-1993) where he has been head of science and health information since 1993. Prior to this he worked in the newspaper’s Medicine and Quality of Life supplement, and also wrote for Diari de Barcelona (1988-1990) and the magazine Carrer Gran (1986-1988). He has co-authored the books La cocina de la salud (Cooking for Health), with Ferran Adrià and Valentí Fuster; La ciencia de la salud (The Science of Health), with Valentí Fuster; and Sapiens, with Eudald Carbonell, Salvador Moyà and Robert Sala. Moreover, he has worked with the RAC1 radio station since its inception, offering a weekly bulletin on scientific information in Toni Clapés’ programme “Versió RAC1”.
