Joan Soler (@Diplomaticat) is president of the Associació d’Arxivers – Gestors de Documents de Catalunya and director of the Arxiu Històric de Terrassa. Professor in Mediaeval, Modern and Contemporary Diplomatics at the Escola d’Arxivística i Gestió de Documents (ESAGED). On his blog, he has analysed the quality and authenticity of many data and documents disseminated via the Internet, considering that it this is a necessary process prior to exploiting data.
