Created by the Animose studio, this film is an animated adaptation of the last book by Alexander Pushkin, the writer who modernised Russian literature. The work takes place during the rebellion of Pugachev (1773), the impostor Peter III, and recounts young Pyotr Andreyich's journey of initiation into the world of war, revenge and love.
