BookCamp Session 2011: Lostology
Lostology is a session dedicated to discussing one of the main narrative phenomena of the first decade of the 21st century. Lost/Perdidos. Albeit due to its complexity (the vast number of characters inhabiting this narrative world and the frenetic flashbacks and forwards) or its expansion through the entire media ecosystem (the show moved on from TV to mobile devices, from the internet to alternative reality games, from YouTube parodies to the comic Pardillos, etc.), there is no getting away from it: Lost has become a paradigmatic experience of the “amplified narrative”.
Warning: the session will look at the ENTIRE series, so watch out, there will be spoilers!
